FAQs
How do I access my ticket for the weekend?
Your e-ticket will be sent via email from GPCANADA.CA (tix@gpcanada.ca) – the subject line is “Transfert de billets – Tickets transfer”. Once you receive it, click on “My Account” and create an account using the same email address where you received your ticket. After completing the required information, your ticket will be available for use.
Important notes:
- You’ll be asked to enter contact details and a billing address. Your ticket is already paid, so you can use any address you’re comfortable with (e.g., home or office). This step is only for validation purposes.
- Screenshots or printouts will not be accepted for entry—your phone is your ticket.
- We recommend downloading the F1 app to easily access and manage your ticket.
- Do not download or add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet if you may not attend, as this will prevent you from transferring it.
What is included in the experience?
ELITE access, luxury accommodations, private circuit transfers, and premium hospitality services.*
Are transfers to the circuit included?
Yes. Private shuttle service will be provided once daily between the hotel and the circuit. Guests will be transported by coach bus to the designated drop-off point, followed by a shuttle transfer directly to the suite entrance; please refer to the schedule above for departure and return times.
For guests seeking additional flexibility or earlier access, alternative transportation options are available, including the subway, Uber, or the official event transportation guide. Please note that travel times may be longer than usual due to weekend traffic around the circuit.
As part of your Elite package, you also have access to the casino shuttle boats (water shuttle) from the Montreal Casino:
- Go to the Casino de Montréal
- Follow signage for Grand Prix shuttles
- Take the boat directly to the hospitality area
This option is often faster and less crowded. Please ensure you have your hospitality credential or pass with you.
If I’d like to access the venue earlier than the scheduled shuttle, what are my options?
You may use alternative transportation options, including the subway, Uber, or the official event transportation guide. Please note that travel times may be longer than usual due to weekend traffic around the circuit. If you’re not using the official transportation, please advise your host.
Are airport transfers included?
While airport transfers are not included, plenty of Uber and taxi options are available from the Montreal airport to guarantee a smooth transfer to the Hotel.
Where is the ELITE section located?
Located in a premium, elevated area outside of the track between the start/finsih line and the Sennar Conner, the suite offers exceptional views of the race and the drivers. Click here to explore the site map.
What should I wear?
The dress code in the Elite suite is smart casual. The environment is upscale yet comfortable, so we recommend attire suitable for both business and leisure. Comfortable footwear is encouraged, and we suggest dressing with weather conditions in mind.
What should I bring for check-in?
A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in. The credit card will cover the room deposit, and any personal expenses will be your responsibility.
Can I leave personal belongings on the shuttle bus?
We recommend taking all personal belongings with you when exiting the shuttle. Please note that the Friday bus will be leaving the city, and any items left behind will not be accessible until after the race weekend.
Before disembarking, we encourage you to double-check your seat and surrounding area to ensure nothing is left behind.
What items are allowed at the circuit?
All bags will be subject to a security check upon entry. Guests may bring personal-use items that do not disrupt others, including small bags or coolers (within size limits), food and non-alcoholic beverages (no glass containers), mobile devices, and personal cameras. Mobility aids such as strollers and wheelchairs are permitted.
Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas; they are strictly prohibited in grandstands, suites, terraces, and other enclosed spaces.

What items are prohibited at the circuit?
Alcohol, glass containers, weapons, drones, laser pointers, and any potentially dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Large or obstructive items such as umbrellas, ladders, bicycles, and skateboards are not allowed, nor are barbecues or equipment requiring generators.
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals. Any signage or materials deemed disruptive or inappropriate will also be restricted.
