nesto’s Websites support B2B engagement (e.g., demos, “contact us” requests, etc.) and are not intended for consumer onboarding. However, consumers may still contact us through general mailboxes; where that occurs, we handle such information in accordance with this Policy.

To whom do we disclose your personal information?
We share personal information only as needed to fulfill the purposes above, as follows:
- Service providers / processors that host, operate, and support our Websites and go‑to‑market stack (e.g., cloud hosting; Google Analytics for measurement; LinkedIn Insight Tag for B2B campaign attribution; CRM/marketing automation).
- Corporate transactions, legal, and compliance: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- We do not sell personal information.
We require service providers to protect your information and use it only per our instructions.

For Quebec residents, the right to data portability, de-indexation and re-indexation may also be available to you.

We use cookies/pixels to operate the Websites, measure usage, and improve our B2B marketing.
