Prior to Nesto Group’s acquisition of CMLS Group in 2024, Sam was CEO of CMLS Group. He also spent three years at a commercial real estate asset manager in London, UK, and worked with a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm in their real estate assurance practice in Vancouver and London. Sam is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Martin Aubut serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Nesto Group, responsible for establishing Nesto Group as a Canadian champion for lending solutions. With over 25 years of experience in marketing and digital transformation, he oversees all marketing and communications operations across the Nesto Group brand ecosystem.

Julien Brosseau is the General Counsel at Nesto Group. With a strong legal background and expertise in commercial transactions and strategic matters, he previously held various legal roles at companies including AppDirect.

Samuel Couture-Brochu is the Chief Product Officer at Nesto Group. Pierre Bergevin is the Senior Vice President and Head of National Advisory at CMLS. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate advisory and has held key leadership positions at various financial institutions, including serving as a Canadian CEO for a global real estate brokerage.
